MENTORSHIP

WIFC is thrilled to be building out mentorship opportunities within the film, television, and advertising space for women and gender diverse folks. This is a slow boat to get moving, but we're getting there.

We are building out multiple ways to participate in our mentorship program. 

​

  1. One-on-one or small cohort mentorship.

  2. Small panel discussions on specific topics, both in real life and online.

  3. Larger events with guided conversation that allow you to explore multiple aspects of production, from pre through post.

  4. This is not a hiring pipeline, this is solely for the purposes of mentoring and learning.

 

Our flagship program will be connecting mentors with mentees for more individualized attention.​​

We are building a diverse list of professionals with a wide range of skill sets to be mentors and/or panel participants. Please look at our list of areas for both mentors and mentees.
